Our yearly employee survey serves as a good indicator of the success achieved by our employee program. The survey is conducted anonymously and the results show high levels of satisfaction year after year. In particular, employees appreciate the pleasant working atmosphere, the good collaboration with their superiors, the possibility of working independently and having a say in their time management.
Apprentice training is very important to us. We currently employ over 400 apprentices in Austria and this year we will be launching a campaign to hire 100 new apprentices.
